Sell or license your company's data
Your operational records could be worth six or seven figures to AI developers.
Knowledge Fuel values your data, finds buyers among frontier AI labs and model developers, negotiates the license and manages secure delivery. You keep ownership and approve every buyer. No raw data is required for a valuation.
- Written valuation in days, not months
- NDA before any detail is shared
- You approve every buyer and every permitted use
- No fee unless a deal closes
Based in the United States. We work for the seller, not the buyer.

Who this is for
If your company checks these boxes, the conversation is worth having.
25 or more employees
Smaller companies can qualify with unusual data, but 25+ is where volumes typically become interesting to buyers.
3 or more years operating
Value compounds with history. Three years is where most datasets cross the threshold; ten years is a real asset.
Records in digital systems
CRM, ticketing, email, phone system, ERP, cameras, sensors, document libraries. If it has been accumulating, it counts.
Willing to review rights
You do not need to have the answers. You need to be willing to look at customer, employee and vendor agreements with us and your counsel.
What you could earn
Illustrative ranges for four kinds of companies.
Real valuations depend on uniqueness, quality, rights and buyer demand. These examples show the order of magnitude buyers have paid for comparable data.

What happens after you submit
A clear path from form to payment.
Within one business day
We reply with questions or a mutual NDA. If it is not a fit, we say so plainly.
Within a week
Under NDA, we review a small sample and your rights position and agree on a de-identification plan.
Within days of the sample review
You receive a written valuation and a proposed buyer shortlist. You approve every buyer and every use.
Weeks to a few months
We negotiate, you sign, we deliver through encrypted, access-logged channels, and you get paid on contract terms.
Objections, answered
The questions every owner asks.
We do not want to hand over our data to find out what it is worth.
You do not. The valuation starts from a description. A small sample follows only under NDA, and full datasets never move before a signed contract.
Our data has customer information in it.
Personal information is removed before any buyer sees anything, using methods appropriate to the data. Buyers are prohibited from re-identification attempts, in writing.
We are not sure we own all of it.
That is normal. The rights review looks at customer, employee and vendor agreements and identifies what can be licensed, what needs a carve-out and what needs consent. We work alongside your counsel.
Our competitors could end up with it.
You approve every buyer. Licenses are for model training and evaluation only, with no resale, and you can exclude any category of buyer you choose.
This sounds like a data broker.
We are not a consumer data broker and we never sell personal data for marketing. We license de-identified operational data to AI developers under written restrictions, and we work for you, the seller.
What does it cost?
Nothing up front. Our fee is a share of license revenue on deals we close for you. If nothing sells, you owe nothing.
