About Knowledge Fuel
A data acquisition and licensing company built for the companies that have been overlooked.
Knowledge Fuel buys and licenses operational data from companies and sells it to frontier AI labs, model developers, enterprise AI teams and data marketplaces. We are based in the United States and work with companies across the country.
The AI data market has so far rewarded the largest publishers, platforms and image libraries, the companies with negotiating power and in-house legal teams. Mid-market companies hold just as much valuable data: years of support tickets, call recordings, documents, imagery and sensor logs that no lab has ever seen. Our job is to find it, value it, protect it and license it on terms that work for the seller.

How we work
Four principles behind every deal.
Sourcing is the edge
Anyone can list a dataset. Finding the companies that hold valuable data and have never thought of it as an asset is the hard part, and it is what we do.
The seller comes first
Our fee comes from the seller's deal. We do not represent buyers, and every license is written to protect the company that owns the data.
Compliance is the product
De-identification, rights review and use restrictions are not add-ons. Without them there is no deal worth doing.
Plain language
Valuations, contracts and payouts are explained in words a business owner can act on. No hype and no invented numbers.
Founder
Henry Jackson
Founder, Knowledge Fuel
Henry Jackson founded Knowledge Fuel after more than a decade of helping mid-market companies buy and manage technology. That work put him inside hundreds of companies and showed him the same thing again and again: years of operational records sitting in ticketing systems, phone systems, ERPs and cameras, generating no revenue.
Knowledge Fuel exists to change that: find the data, value it, protect it and license it on terms that work for the company that owns it.
