Customer support and call centers data
The calls and chats you already record could become a second revenue line.
Outsourced contact centers, BPOs and in-house support operations hold years of recorded calls, chat and email transcripts, tickets and quality scores that AI developers need. We handle consent review, PCI redaction, de-identification, buyer vetting and contracts alongside your counsel. You keep ownership and approve every use.

Most valuable data types
What buyers want from call centers companies.
Voice and support AI is one of the most active areas of model development, and developers are short of real conversational audio with outcomes. Public speech datasets are read aloud, clean and small, while contact center recordings carry the accents, noise, frustration and vocabulary that production systems have to handle.
Recorded customer calls with transcripts and dispositions
Hours of real conversations with accents, hold music, interruptions and outcomes are the raw material for speech recognition and voice agents, and audio paired with dispositions is worth more than either alone.
About call recordings and transcriptsQA scorecards and agent coaching notes
Quality evaluations that grade real interactions against a rubric are expert labels that let developers measure and train conversational quality.
About expert annotations and workflowsChat, email and ticket transcripts
Written support at scale, across products and industries, trains support agents and classification models on how problems are described and resolved.
About support tickets and chatsKnowledge base articles, scripts and macros
The reference material agents actually use, paired with the conversations where they used it, teaches models grounded, policy-aware answers.
About documents and knowledge basesInteraction metadata, handle times and outcomes
Queue, channel, transfer and resolution data connect conversations to results, which is what forecasting and routing models need.

What drives the range
- Audio paired with transcripts and QA scores
- Volume and variety across client programs
- Client contract rights decide what can be included
Compliance
Recording consent, PCI redaction and CCPA handled with your counsel
Consent records and disclosures are checked against the laws of the states involved, including two-party consent states, before any call is included. Card numbers, Social Security numbers and other sensitive data are redacted from audio and transcripts to PCI DSS standards, and names and account details are de-identified. Client contracts are reviewed with your counsel for data ownership and use rights, state privacy laws such as the CCPA are applied, and buyers are contractually barred from re-identification attempts.
Standards in play
- Two-party consent and recording disclosures
- PCI DSS redaction in audio and text
- CCPA and state privacy laws
- Client contract rights review
FAQ
Call centers questions
Our clients own the interactions. Can a BPO license anything?
Often some of it, and sometimes with the client as a partner. The rights review goes contract by contract: some agreements assign everything to the client, others leave recordings and QA data with the provider, and some clients will join a deal for a share. We map this with your counsel before valuation.
Calls contain card numbers and personal details. How is that handled?
Card numbers and other sensitive fields are redacted from audio and text to PCI DSS standards, and names, addresses and account identifiers are de-identified before any buyer sees a sample. Calls that cannot be cleaned adequately are excluded.
Do we need consent from every caller?
Your existing recording disclosures are reviewed with your counsel against the laws of the states involved, and de-identification removes personal details regardless. Where disclosures or consent records fall short for a set of calls, those calls stay out.
